Chamindu -
        Well the first problem I see is that your calling the schema with a different name in your XML document than you actually named the schema.  Secondly I think your main problem is a name space issue.  When I assigned the schema you sent to the XML document I noticed you had no XLMNS name space declarations.
        
        I'd like to see your DTD if you could send that to me, since it appears to be external. That way I am able to look at your name space declarations.
