Hi all,

I used Xalan and msxml3 parser for converting Xml-file with Xslt-stylesheet.
Xalan set encoding to UTF-8 and
Msxml set it to UTF-16.
But I want to set it to ISO-8859-1.

Do anyone know how it is possible to set in the output from transformation 
the first declaration like:
<?xml version="1" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?>
