Conceptually, yes.

Good point, although, most of the people on those 
lists have been referred to as "mothers" from time 
to time.

Wait, I thought that applied to mother sans father?  If we are talking
father sans mother, we would be more accurate to say "all markup
languages are immaculate".  :-)
