[Zvon Announcement] Complete CSS2 reference with examples

We have just published at Zvon (http://www.zvon.org)
a complete CSS2 reference with examples:

We took the CSS2 Standard which is very well written and 
prepared a very comprehensive index.

Jiri Jirat added examples to demonstrate main features.
