OTOH, when edting XML schemas, one 
is editing XML.  Anyone doing heavy lifting work 
needs both.

XML Spy (Len saud "XML Authority" but must have meant Spy, since Authority
is a dtd/schema editor).  Or XML Instance is quite good too.
