I am using Aelfred to parse some RSS XML files, but Aelfred doesn't seem
to like Netscape's RSS DTD located at:
http://my.netscape.com/publish/formats/rss-0.91.dtd

The error I get is :
reference to undeclared parameter entity (found "%ISOlat1")

Since many RSS XML files point to this DTD I am wondering if there is an
option to make Aelfred a non-validating parser ...
