XML and java

Hi,
I tried to load an XML file in my java file as follows...
	public boolean GetTags()
	{
		String strxmlDoc = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.xmldom");
		m_strxmlDoc.load("<BOOK><BOOK1 Author = "Noone" Title = "God 
knows"></BOOK1></BOOK>);

	}
I'm getting an error "Undefined name ActiveXObject".
What should I install/include to get out of this error.
