Rick ScofieldSubject: Create FTP Server
Author: Rick Scofield
Date: 01 Mar 2014 09:33 AM
I'm trying to create a FTP server connection using SS 1910n. I click the 'add server' function in file explorer and provide the logon credentials, then I get the animated 'waiting' icon which eventually goes away.

I'm trying to use a pipeline configuration with FTP that will fetch the input file from server A, process it and then deposit file on server B.

I then try to use the File Open command and select the FTP icon on the left, however I never get asked for the FTP server selection and the FTP server I added never seems to connect.

Looking for configuration help as this seems to be a simple function...but not for me I guess.

Thanks for any help,

Encoding the credentials into the FTP URL seems to have suffixed Rick's requirements
