For a novice in web design, I find your web site very difficult to navigate. After asking go join a chat room, I don't enter a chat, I am simply given another menu. Even finding how to write to feedback was difficult to find.
I am using the trial version, and before making a purchase I need some basic questions answered and I have not found a way to get the technical answers I need.

The entire program is difficult. I totally agree. I'm using Stylus quite blindly since I wasn't provided any documentation and there are not Help screens.
