For a novice in web design, I find your web site very difficult to navigate. After asking go join a chat room, I don't enter a chat, I am simply given another menu. Even finding how to write to feedback was difficult to find.

I am using the trial version, and before making a purchase I need some basic questions answered and I have not found a way to get the technical answers I need.

The entire program is difficult. I totally agree. I'm using Stylus quite blindly since I wasn't provided any documentation and there are not Help screens.

Stylus Studio features a rich online documentation just pressing the F1 key and the context help will appear.

In addition the the web site has a very large collection of video tutorials at
http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml_video_list.html

I tried to do a screen capture.

It says:

Stylus Studio 2011 XML Professional Suite

Component installation failed:

This might have been caused by a partial or corrupted package download.

Out IT Department has things locked down tighter than a drum. We can't install anything. Makes it kind of tough.
