Is there any limit on the number of nested nodes I am allowed to pull data from in Stylus Studio or MySQL?

I seem to be unable to retrieve data below a nest of 12 deep.

There is no limitation.

Could you share a concrete case?

Are you working with XML type columns?

I am using normal datatypes, what ever that means. I will attach the .sql dump, the XML file that the output must replicate and the XQuery code as I have it so far.

When I get to the deepest "Structure" element in this nest I get no data or even the element. The data is in the database and I believe I have it indexed properly. What do you suggest?

Thanks,

Hi Micheal,

The element "structure" has a sub element called FK_Data.

The following loop seems to work.

for $structure1 in $structure
where $element/PrimaryKey = $structure1/FK_Data
return

Hope this helps

Yes, But I need the $structure1/FK_Element not FK_Data since that is where the data I need is stored. Something here is not right.
