Missing documentation: SSL_Certificate property in the Web Service Call Scenario definition
I am trying to figure out how to specify the certificate used for the SSL connection to a webservice.

I am using Stylus Studio 2010 Enterprise.

I can see that there is a property available in the scenario definition but there is no documentation available regarding its contents. So what is the correct way to specify the certificate (value for the SSL_Certificate property) in for both WS clients - .Net and Axis. I presume that the value might be different when using Java client and when using the .Net client.

I have several certificates that are all matching the requirements of this server so I need to specify a specific certificate to be used for each scenario.

I have tried to specify paths to a Java keystore file with no password, openSSL PEM file with no password and PKCS12/PFX file. Nothing works.

Best regards,
Matej.

Hi Matej,
when using the Axis client, the SSL_Certificate property is assumed to contain the path to a KeyStore either in jks or pkcs12 format, that can be password protected. When using the .NET client, it is assumed to point to a .cer certificate file.

Hope this helps,
Alberto
