I tried to use my Stylus Studio this morning after not using it for a while and I'm getting a message about "license disabled". I have 2009 upgraded from 2008 and both versions are disabled and can't be re-activated. The message screen gives a phone number which just tells me to send an email. The screen also has an email link which doesn't work, so I sent an email to a link I found on the web site for activation issues but I've gotten no response. How do I get this resolved?

Hi Ron,
thanks for the e-mail; it looks that your license was upgraded via AUP another time in October last year, and you are now entitled to use Stylus Studio 2010 with the activation code I just forwarded you.
