In the previous version there was a nice wizard and video on how to turn a html page into a xsl style sheet.

Suddenly all that is gone !!

The same question was posted here but unanswered !

That question has been asked and answered many times; I guess you found a rare one to which we didn't reply. The old XSLT based XML-to-HTML WYSIWYG functionality has been replaced for quite a few years now by the new XML Publisher component; see http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml/publishing.html for more details.
