Hi, I've recently upgraded my computer and tried to reinstall Stylus Studio 2006 Release 3 on this new machine. I downloaded 2006 Release 3 Professional Edition from your technical support area and when I entered the product key after installation I receive a "The activation key is not compatible with the Stylus Studio edition currently installed" error.

This is the same version and edition as was being used on my original computer. Any suggestions?

Can you email the activation key you are trying to use to stylus-field-report@progress.com
