Hi,
I am having trouble using the API . I have bought the enterprise edition.
It works most of the time. However I am getting the following error on a periodic basis:
javax.net.ssl.SSLKeyException: [Security:090479]Certificate chain received from www.stylusstudio.com - 69.20.66.162 failed date validity checks.
You are not licensed to use the StylusFileFactory API.
Everytime I run my program it seems to be checking 69.20.66.162 for the licence. However this IP doesn't seem to be up all the time.
Any solution to this problem?
When this is run using deployment adapters, will it check 69.20.66.162 for licence information every time the API is unlocked.

We are aware of the problem with the certificate on our licensing
server and have an urgent open issue with our service provider.
When you use a deployment key for the deployed adapters, we don't
ping the server. When you use an enterprise key for Stylus Studio,
we don't ping the server.
But, when you use an enterprise key to run the deployment adapters,
we do let you run the deployment adapters for testing, but we still
ping the server. That's the case you're running into.

Our service provider has just told us that Verisign has finally
gotten around to issuing the certificate. By the time you read
this, it should be all set.
If you were using an eval version of a license, just contact our
sales department, explaining to them what happened, and they'll
grant you an extension.
