This is weird; you may want to double check a couple of things:
- Bring up the About dialog (Help|About), and verify that all the build
numbers of your current installation are 069; if one of them is not 069,
you might have a corrupted installation, in which case I would suggest that
you re-install bl69 after you have double checked that you don't have any
Stylus Studio "ghost" still around (one way to do that is to run the
installation after a reboot)
- If all the components are bl69, then you may try deleting the registry
key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\eXcelon Corporation\Stylus Studio
For some reason it might be containing bogus information.

Yup, your guess is correct; to avoid the problem you can change the
interval used by the XML Editor to refresh its DTD information: go to
Tools|Options|XML Editor|XML Settings and set a big number for "SenseX:
Refresh Interval"; something like 600, 1200 or even more seconds seem to be
what you are looking for if you usually edit XML files associated to large
schema files and the schema is not modified frequently.
