Subject:Merge two xsl to one Author:Tony Lavinio Date:19 Jan 2006 12:33 PM
If I understand your question, you have two XSL files that are
identical except for the xsl:output lines, and you'd like to have
just one.
There are several options.
The first obstacle is that the method= and encoding= aren't AVTs,
so you can't put parameters in there.
If you are using an engine such as Saxon or Xalan that supports
multiple outputs, you could use something like xsl:result-document
and have your template match="/" first run the rest of the stylesheet
using the input document with the first method=/encoding=, and then
again with the second value.
Does this help? What processor are you using? And are you running
them through Stylus Studio?
