The former (or http://www.w3.org/XSL/Transform or
http://www.w3.org/XSL/Transform/1.0).

http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl is an old one, pre-XSLT1.0

Hi Cameron,

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
This is the XSLT namespace. Stylus Studio requires this namespace

xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
This is the namespace created by Microsoft, when there was no standard
yet.
Starting from MSXML3 Microsoft is supporting the standard
