Juan,
make sure your Project classpath is not pointing to any DataDirect XQuery jar files (Project > Classpath...).

You may also want to delete the RDBMS connection for your XQuery and recreate it.

The Classpath project only includes Stylus Studio related folders.
I am seing that the problem is solved rebuilding the database connection.
I have not been able to demostrate completly due the next Error posted.
