I'm working on a Windows machine and I need to change the newline to Linux convention.

This works fine for a normal *.xml file - but only partially for an *.xsl file: The metadata added by stylus studio still follows Windows newline characters.

Is this a bug or do I have to set another configuration option?

Currently I use SS X14 Release 2 Build 1893c

Hi Daniel,

The behavior will be more consistent in the following maintenance release.

Are you current with AUP?

What type of problems the new lines in the comment are creating on Linux?

Our SVN commit rules reject commits of files which do not follow Linux line ending conventions.

This rule was introduced because of problems we had with metric and other tools when line endings were mixed

The main part of the developpment works with Linux but some (like me) are still on Windows.
