Desc:Specification of the type of date and time.

1Security Timestamp
Security timestamp of the secured message.
2Certificate generation date and time
Identifies the date and time of generation of the certificate by the Certification Authority.
3Certificate start of validity period
Identifies the date and time from which the certificate must be considered valid.
4Certificate end of validity period
Identifies the date and time until which the certificate must be considered valid.
5EDIFACT structure generation date and time
Date and time of generation of the secured EDIFACT structure.
6Certificate revocation date and time
Identifies the date and time of revocation of the certificate by the Certification Authority.
7Key generation date and time
Identifies the date and time of generation of the key(s).

Change indicators
plus sign An addition.
asterisk Addition/substraction/change to a code entry for a particular data element.
hash or pound sign Changes to names.
vertical bar Changes to text for descriptions, notes and functions.
minus sign A deletion.
letter X Marked for deletion.
