Hi,

I am trying to use .Net XML Parser to validate an XML document. A receive a message that a component needs to be downloaded but the down load failed with the following message:
Component download failed:
Encountered an I/O error in URL "http://www.stylusstudio.com/components/customvalidationengines894.zip": Forbidden

Any idea?

Hi Francois,

Stylus Studio Professional does not ship all features in the installation package to keep the size down.

The URL seems to work fine. what happen if you paste it in your browser?

Is Stylus Studio locked by the firewall?

I am guessing you could not let Stylus Studio access the link.The installation would have been automatic in that case.

The manual installation is pretty simple:

- Quit Stylus Studio if it's running
- Unzip the archive content into <Stylus Studio Folder>\bin

you should get
<Stylus Studio Folder>\bin\Custom Validation Engines
