Can you tell my why when I use the indent XML tags feature that the XML file is not reformatted?

This feature used to work on my system, but no longer does.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and Stylus Studio 2011 Enterprise.

I have attached a zip containing 2 samples. I want bad.xml to be formatted like good.xml.

Hi Randy,

We have tested your file we several Stylus Studio versions, they all seem to work fine.

Could you upload a screenshot to show us how behaves on your machine?

Is this specific to a document?

When you click the toolbar button "Indent XML Tags", does the button get depressed?

One of reason would make the indenter to fail is a invalid XML document, but you would see a parser error.

I have confirmed that the same XML indents properly on another workstation. So the issue is specific to my system. I tried uninstalling and re-installed, but same result. Are there any additional instructions to remove all references to Stylus Studio other than add/remove programs? Such as left behind directories on my hard disk or registry entries?

In addition, when you mouse over on the toolbar button, does the tooltip "Indent XML tags" come up?

Does it behave the same If you click on the main menu Edit -> Indent XML Tags?

Could you try to install the X14 evaluation and see I behaves the same?

No. System specfic.

Yes. When pressed, screen flashes briefly, but no change in display structure of XML.

One of reason would make the indenter to fail is a invalid XML document, but you would see a parser error.
Checking 201206080000205-L_DATA_FI_06142012100500.xml...
The XML document 201206080000205-L_DATA_FI_06142012100500.xml is well-formed.
Again, If I open the same XML in Stylus Studio on another computer, indent works as expected.

Yes.

I am unwilling to install because other computers running the same version of Stylus Studio using the same XML file indent as expected.
Issue is specific to one computer and I need to find out how to resolve.
