Steen NielsenSubject: Feature request: Upper/Lower case

It could be nice to have a feature to change a selection between upper and lower case.

It could be for those damn "translate" functions, where you have to write a-z twice, both lower- and uppercase.
There are of course a lot of other uses as well :-)

I am not picky, so wether it is made as two seperate functions or as one "toggle" function, it would be nice to have it.

As a single function, it could be easy to use as a keyboard shortcut, where you could switch between the two with a few presses on the same button.
as an example, it could be on CTRL + U (I don't see any shortcut usage on that combination yet).

If the text contains both upper and lowercase characters, it should change all of them to uppercase, as you usually need to change text to uppercase afterwards a copy/paste or the like.

What do the rest of you think?
