Is there some way to control the order of the forum search results to be in date order?

The forum results have 1) no display of date, so no idea how recent the hit is, and 2) often so scattered over the years that one is always having to wade through to find info specific to the current (or a recent) version.

The search API used by the backend returns results by relevance. Unfortunately date information is not returned in the API search results.

Rory
