It would be a great addition to the forum, if it was possible to see who made the "Last Reply" in the forum.
It is easier to remember a name than just a timestamp on the "Last Reply", when you are going through the forum for new replies to active topics.

So I would suggest giving it the same information as the "started by" column, so both name and timestamp is visible.

Another good addition to the forum would be to list the forum threads depending on the activity in a descending order, instead of the creation date.
Old forum threads, that are still very much active and relevant, would be hidden away as soon as enough new threads are created.
