Hi,
I am trying to convert data from one xml document into another. Is there any way, I can trim the leading and trailing white spaces from the inner text of the elements of the first xml document and load it into the second document?

Actually the first xml document itself is converted from flat files using built-in converters of Stylus.

If you are using Custom XML Converters, there is a property on
String elements that will trim leading space and trailing space.

Otherwise, if you are using XQuery or XSLT to process the text,
you can use the normalize-space() method.
