I'm in the Query mapper canvas, and when I use right mouse "Function Block" I can't see a "DataDirect XQuery" sub-menu - I was looking for the wscall functions.

I have 2008 XML Enterprise Suite R2 - it was a trail download and was activated and registered a few days after the trial expired.

Are you sure the processor is set to be DataDirect XQuery? XQuery menu > Scenario Properties... > Processor tab. If that's set to DataDirect XQuery, then "DataDirect XQuery" is the last sub-menu in Function Block.

Must be something wrong with the query I typed in manually. I started a blank query and the menu now shows the wscall functions.
