Hi,

I'm new to EDI. I have the X12 format of XML document for EDI 850 (Purchase Order). While converting this document into EDI file, I'm getting error like this.

ERROR Expected mandatory segment SE
Dialect: X12
Version: syntax=00303/004010;message=00303/004010;agency=4010;table=004010
Message: 850
Segment: NTE (line 5)
Native error: 3, in table: 620

I'm not sure what I'm missing. Please help me.

There could be any number of causes.

Sometimes the creator of the EDI document varies from the
specification, or reorders segments. We have options which
will help you handle the document; try adding the URI option
opt=yes.

You could send a copy of the document to stylus-field-report
(at) progress.com, and we'll take a look at it.

Please include the exact version and build number of Stylus
Studio you are using (Help->About).
