When I go to Help, Check for latest version, it brings me to a web page that allows me to buy or download. Do I have to download and re-install? Can't I just upgrade to the latest version?

You need to download the new version (corresponding to your current edition/suite); the downloaded package will just update your existing installation.

Just so you know, that didn't work at all. I now have 2 unregistered stylus studios on my system. How do I activate this again?

Then you didn't download an update package foryour existing version (like from v2007 Release 2 BL894d to v2007 Release 2 BL894i); you downloaded an upgrade (like from v2007 to v2007 Release 2).

Not a problem anyway; you will need to choose which version you want to keep using, and then reactivate it using the same activation key you used in the past; if you don't have it handy, please drop us an email at stylus-field-report@progress.com, and we email that to you.
