Hello,

I have created a test case to demonstrate a possible bug. If this isn't a bug, perhaps someone can direct me to the proper use of the adapter.

The Tidy adapter works for this URL:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060511/20060511005433.html?.v=1

But, it fails for the printer-friendly version of the URL:
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060511/20060511005433.html?.v=1&printer=1

It fails in Studio and in java with the same error:
java.io.IOException: Tidy (vers Sep 26, 2004) Parsing "InputStream"
line 110 column 51 - Error: discarding unexpected </form>
line 180 column 69 - Error: discarding unexpected </span>
InputStream: Document content looks like HTML proprietary
56 warnings, 1 error were found!
You may need to move one or both of the <form> and </form>

But, the HTML looks ok!

Here is the java call:
sff.createStylusFile("adapter:HTMLTidy:newline=crlf:encoding=utf-8:warnings=no:errors=yes?http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060511/20060511005433.html?.v=1&printer=1");

Is this a bug or operator error?

Unfortunately, sometimes JTidy (which is the HTML-to-XHTML core
we use) can't get the job done. We are hoping to include an alternate
HTML-to-XHTML as an option in a future version of Stylus Studio.

Perhaps you could use one of the text adapters and substring out the
parts you need? Not very XMLish, but it should work.
