I have 5.3 is JAXB java code generation is available with this version.

I opened the schema file and try to generating java binding code. But when I click on the XMLschema I don’t see the option to generate any java JAXB code generation.

Java Code Binding has been introduced in Stylus Studio 6.
You can download a trial verion and run it side by side with 5.3.

Abdul, the generation of JAXB code by command line is also very simple using the java web service dev kit - jwsdp-1.6 from Sun.
