Hi Federico,
the XMLSchema specs allows any well-formed XML to be placed inside the xs:appinfo node, so Stylus cannot help you by suggesting your OpenCMS-specific tags.

Hi Federico,
there is a file you could edit, in order to have the Sense:X popup show these custom tags. Inside <stylusDir>\bin\Plugins\Configuration Files\xmlschema.dtd you should locate the
<!ELEMENT %appinfo; ANY>
row and change it to be
<!ELEMENT %appinfo; (cms:defaults|cms:br)*>
However, this would only affect the suggestions listed in the text editor, not the ones suggested by the schema diagram. Also, you must add a namespace prefix to the elements, or they will be treated as coming from the "xsd" namespace.
Not sure if this really helps you,
Alberto
