When dragging from left-to-right, if the desired element is not
displayed on the right side of the screen, there seems to be
no way to scroll without stopping the drag/drop, scrolling,
then restarting the drag-drop.

In Biztalk's GUI Mapper, if you start dragging from left to right,
and you move the cursor below (or above) the window,
the window starts scrolling.
