Suggestion: 'Find' Diaglog should remain open until user closes it.

Current functionality is annoying if user is wanting to do repeated
'Find Next' searches, i.e. you have to open 'Find' dialog click on 'Find next' repeat!

Hi Richard,
as a suggestion, you are not required to open the Find dialog again to
issue a "Find Next" command; you can either use "Edit | Find Next", or
pressing F3
