Can you please explain the below feature mentioned in the feature matrix,

"Flow Control: Support for repeating elements, conditional statements, etc."

That's mentioned in the XML Publishing Tools section (available in the Enterprise Suite edition); it refers to the ability to create blocks that iterate on multiple nodes in the input document and blocks that express conditional statements.
