I have a doubt how to get the contents which are contains my required attribute value.

For example:

<body xx="aa">adsafdasfda</body>
<body xx="aa bb">sadasfasdf</body>
<body xx="bb">asdfasdf</body>

Here i want to get the contents of body who's attribute 'xx' contains value 'aa'. here i should both the first and second body element contents.

Assuming you wrapped the XML snippet you gave in <root> ... </root>,
you could use the contains() function, like this:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="US-ASCII"?>
<xsl:stylesheet version="1.0" xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform">
<xsl:output method="text" encoding="US-ASCII" indent="yes"/>
<xsl:template match="/">
<xsl:apply-templates select="root/body[contains(@xx, 'aa')]"/>
</xsl:template>
<xsl:template match="body">
<xsl:value-of select="text()"/>
<xsl:text>&#10;</xsl:text>
</xsl:template>
</xsl:stylesheet>
