Kevin ChurchwellSubject: Quickbooks invoice to XML

I am an amateur at all of this so please, for the love of pete, bear with me. We use QB for all of our accounting here in Dallas. Our customer, a large company, is now requiring all of our invoices to be in XML format. I am so lost on this as it does not seem to be as simple as converting to a PDF. Can anyone steer me in the easiest, most cost effective way for us to do this?

Kevin,

Did your customer told you which XML format they want?
Did they give you a sample or schema that describes the format?

Which Quickbooks version are you running?

They have sent me a "template" but i do not know what it is for as it looks like a bunch of code. They try to explain to me about "tags" and other things, but i have no clue what they are talking about.
