Unfortunately that's is a bug in a third-party tool we ship with Stylus,
TRANG, and we have no control on it.
The known workarounds are
1) manually fix the generated DTD
2) build an internal DTD, instead of an external one; in this case, we
detect that the DTD is invalid and regenerate it from scratch using our code.

No, TRANG has no option to turn this attribute generation off.
