We actually license our XConnects technology from a company called Data
Junction. You can actually download a fully-functional 30-day
evaluation copy from their website at http://www.datajunction.com. It
handles over 100 different formats and is relatively inexpensive (less
than $1000) for a single-user license.
Hope this helps,
Chris

Another possibility is to use the XConnect package that is available
when
you buy the entire XML suite (XIS 3.5), that has GUI tools specifically
designed to convert data (flat files, Excel spreadsheets, COBOL data
files,
etc..) into XML.
