John ClarkSubject: Problem running XSLT against XML in Stylus Studio
Author: John Clark
Date: 25 Oct 2007 01:32 PM
I am trying to apply an XSL file to an XML file - the XSL file can be found at the following location on my machine:

c:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\a3\xsl\transform\miti\mir\

The XSL file includes several other files and uses paths relative to the original file to refer to these files.

However, it seems that the tool is having trouble handling these paths - the error message I am getting is:

Error: at xsl:import on line 19 of file:///c:/PROGRA%7E1/APACHE%7E2/TOMCAT%7E1.5/webapps/a3/xsl/TRANSF%7E1/miti/mir/MIR2AD%7E1.XSL: XTSE0165: javax.xml.transform.TransformerException: Unable to open: c:\PROGRA%7E1\APACHE%7E2\TOMCAT%7E1.5\webapps\a3\xsl\TRANSF%7E1\miti\mir\mir-util.xsl: c:\PROGRA%7E1\APACHE%7E2\TOMCAT%7E1.5\webapps\a3\xsl\TRANSF%7E1\miti\mir\mir-util.xsl (The system cannot find the path specified)

Any help you could provide in resolving this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-John Clark

Hi John,
which JVM are you using? If it's 1.6, could you try with 1.5?

Thanks,
Alberto
