This is the XSLT namespace. Stylus Studio requires this namespace
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/TR/WD-xsl
This is the namespace created by Microsoft, when there was no standard
yet.
Starting from MSXML3 Microsoft is supporting the standard
