Even if true, the argument wouldn't actually make any claim that ought to be considered relevant. Another analogy might be if they were entering the power tool business, and claimed that no one actually used a masonry drill bit, on the basis of polling people who, if they drill holes at all, still do it by hand. That is, they'd get much better information if they asked those with the relevant experience, not just "many people". Cheers, Wendell
