The error message suggests this really ought to work java org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -IN %1 -XSL %3 -OUT %2 (Assuming, again, Xalan is on your classpath.) If it doesn't (and even if it does) it's a Spy question. I'd see if you can't shake anyone loose to help you off-list (got any friends who use Spy?), if the Altova docs and help aren't up to the job.
