Have you tried putting the Java command as you invoke it literally into XML Spy? At 02:19 PM 5/4/2005, you wrote: java org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -IN C:\WEB-INF\xml\inbox.xml -XSL C:\WEB-INF\xsl\en\0006\mail\current_activity.xsl -OUT C:\Stylesheets\current_activity.html ... like that? (Calling 'xalan' won't work unless there's something on your system path named 'xalan' to call.) In any case, this is really an XMLSpy question.... Cheers, Wendell
