The transformation of docbook.rng took the following times (in milliseconds)
on a 1.7GHz W2K Pentium4:

MSXML4  Saxon6.5.3  XalanJ 2.4.1     JD       XalanC 1.5
==========================================
1354           40318            9304           25847    Crash


Haven't yet figured out the corresponding MSDOS bat file -- David, could you
help, please?
