  I guess the following XSL is needed --

   <xsl:for-each select="B1">
           	<xsl:value-of select="." />	
           	<xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::B2[1]" />  ( <xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::B3[1]" /> ), <xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::B2[2]" />  ( <xsl:value-of
select="following-sibling::B3[2]" /> )
           </xsl:for-each>
