a few things,

- where is your @link attribute ? I only see a location element, also u have location already matched e.g. should work;
<a href="{.}"><xsl:value-of select="."/></a>

i have written it again, xplicitly calling the location element

<a href="{location}"><xsl:value-of select="location"/></a>

- btw prefixing an http:// to your location would result in http://http://someserver.ie , so unless thats a typo that would cause your problem with the double http prefix
