[XSL-LIST Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] please help with date formatting
I'm just not getting this. I'm pulling a startdate value from a document using a vbscript query and when I output it in XSL it appears like this: 2002-12-25T12:00:00.000 I need it to look like this: Wed, Dec. 25 I'm going in circles, I can't get it to work using vbscript functions to xsl, can't use xsl to format it, I don't know what to do and its driving me crazy. This particular sharepoint stylesheet uses these namespaces: <xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="uri:xsl" xmlns:dav="DAV:" xmlns:office="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:attributes="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:publishing:" xmlns:fulltext="urn:schemas.microsoft.com:fulltextqueryinfo:"> This is my XSL code that is generating the date: <TD valign="top" align="left" class="NormalBlackLimeBG"> <xsl:value-of select="dav:propstat/dav:prop/office:StartDate"/> </TD> SR XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
