I figured that was the case; we've seen it here on xsl-list before and I
personally have had to deal with some unfriendly XML. Some of the other
xsl-list old-timers' responses are usually along the lines of "well, maybe
they'll understand the magnitude of the problem right before they go out of
business". In the meantime, you definitely have your work cut out for you.
